Darrington By Greene King Inns

Had good 2 nights in this hotel that's why I thoroughly enjoyed that. The room was both brand-new and decent size with the shower, which did n't squeak, very good quality mattresses. The restaurant was very large and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

We had a PLEASANT view.

It was set in a pretty nice area. We loved having a bath.

The breakfast is warm and the staff is polite!

It was exceptional, stylish and with 2 beds.

The breakfast selection was quite varied and enjoyable.

The chair covers in the dining area were severely stained and unappealing.

The personalized service from the staff was commendable. The cleanliness of the room stood out. The accessibility for travelers heading south was a major advantage for us.

The location is really good, just a quick taxi ride into town. The room was super big with a comfy bed and a sofa. Staff were friendly. The food at the pub was decent and the breakfast was ok. We had a relaxing stay overall.

Clean room but received the wrong keys and was startled by someone trying to enter.

Recommend it for families

The breakfast was fantastic 😋, with so much to choose from, from cereals to a full English. The staff were just very nice, so warm and friendly, they upgraded my husband's breakfast, a nice touch.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the quality we received.

Loved the clean, comfy room with lovely bedding. Kiddo enjoyed the play area while I relaxed!

Nice hotel with its free parking, 24-hour reception, and comfortable beds. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local info, which I remember fondly. I recommend this spot for a relaxing stay.

Comfortable stay with nice staff

I recently enjoyed my stay, where I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. I believe there should be more attention paid to the breakfast quality, as my scrambled eggs were unfortunately overcooked and not enjoyable.
